Get Involved

Get involved helping a world of children from more than 30 different countries to learn standard English.

There are six different ways you can help:

1. In-Depth English Tutoring of a Child – $2000

An In-Depth Donation includes 9 months of teaching/learning materials for child.

2. One Time Donation

The English Tutoring Project is a labor-intensive initiative, and as such, our largest expenses involve providing high-quality, certified instructors and technology for learning. ETP operates within Archdiocesan schools, therefore does not have overhead or capital expenses. As a result, your gift directly impacts a child in our program. For example, the levels below are correlated to our budget expenses per student per year.

  • $35 gives a week of ½ hour sessions to a student
  • $100 provides new learning applications for a classroom
  • $150 gives a month of ½ hour sessions to a student
  • $500 provides materials for a classroom for a year
  • $1,000 provides updated technology
  • $1,200 gives a semester of full tutoring services to a group
  • $2,400 gives a year of full tutoring services to a group

6. Serve on the Mission Advancement Committee

This committee was formed to identify and develop methods to diversify our funding sources beyond the religious communities who currently support our program.  Specifically, the Mission Advancement Committee will meet four times a year to formulate a plan that will be executed by the staff and Board.
